How to add/remove an item from an order on the POS.

1 .Login to your OVVI application on the POS.

2. Complete making an order on the menu screen by selecting the desired item under the desired department.

3. If there is an item that needs to be removed or taken of the order, click on the selected item on the order screen and then select the “Remove” button.

4. This will take the item off your order.

Note: If you trying to remove an item that has already been sent to the kitchen, you cannot “Remove” it. You will have to “Void” the item.
