1. Login to your OVVI application.
2. Complete making an order on the menu screen by selecting the desired item under the desired department. This will show up on the order screen on the right side.
3. To apply discount to the order, go to the order screen and select the “Operations” button.
4. Select the “discount” button under “Order functions”. This should prompt for applying discount in amount or percentage.
5. Choose the desired option and enter the amount/percentage.
6. You will now see the discount applied to your order.
