How to Setup Auto Settlement
1. Go to cloud.ovvihq.com and Login using your merchant username and password.
2. From the main dashboard navigate to the panel located on the left side of the site and click on the options ‘Store/Station Setup’.
3. Click on the ‘Store Setup’ button.
4. Locate the section labeled ‘Payment Processing’ and click on the ‘>’ icon to expand the section.
5. Located the ‘Batch Settlement Configuration’.
6. Toggle the ‘Perform Batch Settlement on End of Day’ option from Off to ON.
7. The option to ‘Perform Auto Settlement’ is available.
8. When toggling the ‘Perform Auto Settlement’ to ON a Disclaimer will appear allowing the user to continue or cancel by clicking ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Please Note: It is NOT advised to use Auto Settlement in the Store Settings if business is a restaurant or if business accepts cash tips.
9. If user agrees to the Disclaimer, then the user can set the settlement time in the ‘Auto Settlement Configuration’ box.
10. Click the ‘Save Settings’ button to save changes.
11. Click the ‘Back Button’ button to return to the ‘Store/Station Setup’ Page.
